- I stopped into my local T-Mobile store on Friday because I was having issues with the WIFI
on my phone..Cullen was the one helping me and I received the best customer service I have ever
gotten..Well he spent the next 30 min making me a good deal I could not refuse. And I had no
intention of even getting a phone. I was very satisfied with the professionalism I received
and just wanted to take time out to write about it..and overall, the whole team at the store
was very courteous and I would recommend this store to anybody..definitely a 5 star store...
- I recently purchased a new phone from your Plano location. I received great service from
two men Brandon Callies and Nick Hansen. They were very smart and took very good care of me. I
will always go back to that location. I work in retail and great customer service is the key
and these two men have it. Thank you very much for everything.
- I just wanted to take a minute to commend your staff at the 3131 Custer Rd. location in
Plano TX. These guys are great at what they do. Being a new T Mobile customer tells you that
I left another company. The reason I left was mainly because when I went in with issues I felt
like the person that was helping me just didn't care. Reza and Sam are two of the best
customer service people I have ever dealt with. WOW!!!!! I have been in the service industry
for 17 + years and you just know the goods when you see them. Keep up the great work
- My daughter's new phone started acting up. I went to your store on Eastchase in Fort Worth.
What a difference. I was helped by Brandon and his manager Jason. I am now happy to say I am once again
content to be with T-Mobile. They provided me with such great service I have to share it with their superiors
and well almost anyone who will listen. Not only did they help us secure a better phone for my daughter, they
also made it possible for me to use my Blackberry as modem (which is how this email is being sent). Jason
configured it in less than TWO minutes. Brandon also helped me improve my services with T-Mobile. I have
added a line, more services and a better phone within same price I was paying already. He made my experience
with T-Mobile go from frustration to a happy one filled with gratitude. The care and follow up I received
from that store is amazing! They are helpful, courteous and thoughtful. They listened to my needs and
concerns addressed them and more. Their excellent customer care made me once again believe I had picked the
right cellular phone carrier, which I will recommend to others. I wish all my customer care experiences could
be so good.
Please convey my gratitude to them and to whoever may appreciate knowing that T-Mobile
does have some really great representatives!
